ANAHITA

The Body Awareness Ritual Festival

Awaken the Earth consciousness within

Breathe · Feel · Remember

ANAHITA is not another wellness event. It is a living field — a place where breath, body, sound, movement, nature and ritual are woven into one intentional human journey.

The invitation is simple and ancient: return to the body, return to the Earth, return to the intelligence that was never lost — only forgotten.

Practice Pillars

The curriculum is the field

Water

Breath & Somatics

Advanced breathwork and professional somatic practice — learning the language of the nervous system before reaction takes hold.

Sound

Voice & Sound Healing

Chanting, voice activation, sound baths and music as ceremonial architecture rather than isolated performance.

Body

Conscious & Ecstatic Dance

Movement journeys that let emotion move through the body — expression without performing, motion before freezing.

Earth

Nature Immersion

Ground, rain, rivers and night sounds become part of the curriculum. Nature is not staged. Nature teaches.

Facilitators & Artists
